Smitha Babu

Smitha Babu is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administration and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Grade Assistant at Cochin University of Science and Technology since November 2005, Smitha conducts valuation camps across various university departments and supports the publication of examination results. Previously, in the role of Manager - Administration at Samsung Electronics from December 2006 to March 2008, responsibilities included managing sales staff and ensuring the smooth operation of the Trivandrum facility, as well as liaising with the Kochi office for business development. Smitha's early career included working as a Customer Service Associate at Allianz Insurance, where tasks involved underwriting insurance policies and promoting products in the UK. Smitha holds a B Level degree in Computer Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Software from accredited institutions, along with a Bachelor's degree in Malayalam Language and Literature. Smitha also pursued CRM and Accent Neutralization training from Karrox, Bangalore.
