Wick Lewis

Wick Lewis SPHR has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Wick currently holds the role of Executive Director of Human Resources at Cochise College since December 2018. Previously, they worked at Mt Graham Regional Medical Center from 2009 to 2018, where they held positions such as VP HR & Clinical Services and Director of Human Resources. Prior to that, Wick served as an HR Manager at Gila Health Resources in 2008 and at Hines Horticulture from 2002 to 2008. Wick also worked as an HR Generalist / Office Manager at Flagstaff OBGYN - Flagstaff Physicians - R&H Company in 2001 and at Medical Office Services / Promedco from 1994 to 2000. Their experience includes various responsibilities such as healthcare management, recruitment, employee orientation, legal compliance, benefits administration, and team leadership.

Wick Lewis SPHR holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Northern Arizona University-The W. A. Franke College of Business, which was completed from 1990 to 1991. Wick also has an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Eastern Arizona College, completed from 1989 to 1990. Additionally, Wick Lewis SPHR obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute in 2002.
