Dianne Tilley

Dianne Tilley currently serves as the Global Head of Talent at Cochlear, a company known for its leading implantable hearing solutions, since October 2016. Previously, Dianne held positions at Aon as Head of Performance & Reward, overseeing Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, and at AMP in various senior remuneration roles. Dianne's career includes significant experience in human resources and talent management, with earlier roles at AMP Capital Investors, MIA Group, GE Capital, and Macquarie Group. Dianne holds a Master of Commerce in Finance, Accounting, and Marketing from the University of Sydney, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Griffith University, and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from The University of Queensland.
