Snitha Isaac

Snitha Isaac is an experienced professional in sales transformation and enablement, currently serving as the Global Sales Transformation Lead at Cochlear since September 2015. In this role, Snitha acts as the Global Product Owner for Sales, developing business process models and collaborating with business and technical teams to enhance sales capabilities. Previous positions at Cochlear include Sales Design Lead, where Snitha focused on aligning global sales processes within a major transformation program, and Sales Enablement Associate Manager for the APAC region, managing Salesforce across multiple countries. Before Cochlear, Snitha held the role of CRM Operations Manager at element14, responsible for developing strategic CRM plans for the Asia Pacific region, and Technical Marketing Executive, overseeing marketing campaigns and sales processes. Snitha holds an MBA in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Pillia's Institute of Information Technology in Mumbai.
