Jim Welch

Jim Welch is an experienced sales executive with a strong background in technology and security services. Currently serving as SVP of Worldwide Sales at Cockroach Labs since May 2023, Jim previously held similar roles at Redis and Imperva, where responsibilities included leading sales efforts across various regions and strategic accounts. With earlier experience at Crossbeam Systems, IBM ISS, and KnowledgeStorm, Jim has developed a robust skill set in sales management and cloud security. Jim's educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a BS in Marketing and Business Management from La Salle University.
