Shelley Thymes

Shelley Thymes currently serves as Group Director of Human Resources at Wise Foods, leading comprehensive HR functions including talent management, diversity and inclusion strategies, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Prior to joining Wise Foods, Shelley held various HR leadership roles at Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages, notably as Director HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included developing a high-performing HRBP team and overseeing HR support for extensive manufacturing and distribution operations. Shelley's earlier experience includes positions at Coca-Cola Enterprises and Starbucks Coffee Company. Shelley earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
