Janus le-An Dellava

Janus Le-an Dellava is an experienced professional in sales training and distribution channels, currently serving as Vice President at COCOLIFE since July 2017, where responsibilities include heading training for various distribution channels and overseeing media productions. Previously held roles include Assistant Vice President at COCOLIFE and Head of Agent Activation and Productivity, focusing on developing training systems for both new and existing agents. Janus also contributed to Pru Life U.K. as an Assistant Manager, implementing training programs and campaigns to enhance agent productivity. Janus earned a degree in Broadcast Communication from the University of the Philippines Visayas in 2008.
