Alice Anciaux has a diverse educational background in the fields of web development, food and nutrition, and medicine. In 2021-2022, they attended La Capsule, where they obtained a professional title as a web and mobile project manager. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2020, Alice pursued a Master 2 degree in Alimentation, Agroalimentaire, Développement Durable at the University of Bourgogne. In 2018-2019, they completed a Master 1 degree in Nutrition & Sciences des Aliments, also at the University of Bourgogne. Alice'searlier education includes a Diplôme de Formation Générale en Sciences Médicales (DFGSM) in Medicine, which they obtained from the University of Bourgogne between 2013 and 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Alice Anciaux has obtained a certification in Responsive Web Design from freeCodeCamp in October 2021.
