Alexandria Lust has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Alexandria is currently working as a People Director at co:collective since June 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief People Officer at Nooklyn from December 2021 to June 2022. Alexandria also held positions at Nooklyn as the Director of People & DEIB from July 2020 to November 2021, Senior Account Manager from November 2015 to July 2020, and Operations Manager from August 2012 to November 2015.
Before joining Nooklyn, Alexandria worked at Condition One as an Operations Assistant from November 2011 to May 2012. Alexandria also gained valuable experience as a Multicultural Recruitment Coordinator at Sarah Lawrence College from August 2009 to August 2010, where they focused on student recruitment, organizing events, and implementing outreach strategies to increase campus diversity. Additionally, they served as a Research Fellow at the NYPL | Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture from May 2009 to August 2009, collaborating on archival research and presentation for The Africana Age collection.
Alexandria Lust has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Women's History, with a focus in Africana Studies, which they obtained from Sarah Lawrence College in the period 2010-2011. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Africana Studies from the same institution, completing their undergraduate education from 2006 to 2010. In 2021, Alexandria obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the Cornell University ILR School. Additionally, in 2020, they attained a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from the same institution.
