Alexis Malec

Alexis Malec has extensive experience in customer support and technical troubleshooting, currently serving as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst at CoConstruct since May 2017. Prior to this role, Alexis worked as a Tier II / Technical Support Representative, specializing in issue diagnosis and resolution for customers. From September 2015 to April 2017, Alexis was a Technical Support Agent at Crutchfield Corporation, focusing on installation and hardware troubleshooting for audio/video systems as well as various electronic devices. Earlier experience includes a position as Warehouse Lead at J.Crew from May 2012 to February 2014. Alexis attended Virginia Tech from 2008 to 2010, pursuing a degree in Political Science.
