Philip Carriere

Philip Carriere is an Addiction Physician with extensive experience in the management of opioid use disorder and withdrawal, currently working at CODA, Inc since September 2017. Responsibilities include overseeing medication-assisted treatment in outpatient and dispensary clinics, supervising Nurse Practitioners and Addiction Medicine fellows from OHSU, and providing counseling and motivational interviewing.
