BaoNing Hou has over 10 years of experience in digital marketing and product management.

In 2009, they started working as a Product Manager at QCOM Group Pte Ltd, where they were responsible for managing products.

From 2011 to 2012, they worked at ShanDa Interactive Entertainment Ltd. as a Digital Marketing Executive.

In 2012, BaoNing joined World Scientific Publishing as a Digital Marketing Lead until 2013.

BaoNing then moved to Saxo Capital Markets Pte Ltd in 2013, where they served as the APAC Paid Digital Media Lead. In this role, they were responsible for optimizing paid search and launching successful lead generation campaigns.

From 2017 to 2019, they returned to GoBear as the Head of Performance Marketing, overseeing paid acquisition campaigns and managing the performance marketing team.

Since 2019, BaoNing has been working as the Digital Marketing Director at Coda Payments.

BaoNing Hou holds a Master's degree in Business from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, which was completed from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, BaoNing received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, spanning from 2001 to 2005. In addition, BaoNing has obtained various certifications such as Growth Marketing and Retention + Engagement from Reforge, as well as DoubleClick Bid Manager Fundamental Certification and DoubleClick Search Fundamentals Certification from Google.
