Joana Santos

Joana Santos has a range of work experience in various roles and companies. Joana began their career as a Fundraising Department Intern at Amnistia Internacional Portugal in February 2018. Joana then joined Swogo in January 2019 as a Sales Administrator before transitioning to the role of Business Development Representative in April 2019. At Swogo, they were responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities and building relationships with directors and C-level executives. In July 2020, Joana joined Codacy as a Business Development Representative and later took on the role of Revenue Operations Manager in November 2022. At Codacy, they helped engineering teams save time in code reviews and tackle technical debt.

Joana Santos has pursued various educational experiences throughout their life. Joana obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Business Management from ISEG - Executive Education. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biology, General from the University of Lisbon. Joana also holds an IB Diploma from the American School of Milan.

In addition to their formal education, Joana Santos has obtained several certifications. Joana completed the "Growth for Product Managers" course at One Month PM in May 2021 and the "Product Manager Foundations" course at the same institution in February 2021. Joana also participated in the SheCodes Plus Workshop in Front End Development offered by SheCodes Workshops in November 2020. Furthermore, Joana completed "The Complete Copywriting Course: Write to Sell Like a Pro" through Udemy in February 2019. Their most recent certification is in Revenue Operations, which they obtained from HubSpot Academy in July 2022.
