Kylie Quinn

Kylie Quinn has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kylie is currently working as a Senior UX Designer at Codal since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Kora, starting as a UX/UI Designer in November 2019 and then progressing to become a Senior UX/UI Designer from September 2020 to January 2023.

Before their roles in the design field, Kylie served as the Student Outreach Chair at Virginia Tech IDSA from May 2018 to May 2019. Kylie also worked as a Student Liaison at the CAUS Additive Manufacturing and Processes Lab from August 2017 to May 2019, gaining valuable experience in the field of additive manufacturing.

Kylie has also interned at Hamilton Beach Brands Inc. as an Industrial Design Intern, where they were responsible for editing Solidworks models, rendering product images, and designing/editing product graphics and specifications. Kylie worked on branding studies for sub-brands and collaborated with project managers and engineers using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. This internship took place from May 2018 to August 2018.

In addition to their design and manufacturing experiences, Kylie has also worked in customer service roles. Kylie previously held positions such as a Cafe and Cheese Counter Associate at Beechers Handmade Cheese from May 2017 to August 2017, and as a Front Desk Receptionist and Kids Klub Babysitter at LA Fitness from June 2016 to August 2016.

Kylie Quinn attended Mercer Island High School from 2011 to 2015. After completing high school, they enrolled in Virginia Tech from 2015 to 2019 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design. In addition to their formal education, Kylie obtained additional certifications including CSS Essential Training, HTML Essential Training, and Become a User Experience Designer from LinkedIn in October 2019 and September 2019 respectively.
