Yash Pandya

Yash Pandya has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Yash started their career as a Software Engineer Intern at Codal in January 2018. Yash then transitioned into a full-time position as a Software Engineer, where they worked until August 2019. Yash then advanced to the role of Senior Software Engineer at Codal, a position they held until February 2021. From March 2021 to December 2021, they served as an Associate Engineering Lead at Codal, demonstrating their growth within the company. Currently, Yash holds the role of Engineering Lead at Codal, which they started in January 2022.

In addition to their work at Codal, Yash also founded Padhaai Foundation in September 2021. This shows their entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to making a positive impact.

Yash has also gained experience in education as a Teaching Assistant at Concordia University from September 2021 to December 2021. Prior to their tenure at Codal, they worked as a Lead Web Developer at L J Group Of Institutes from April 2017 to October 2018.

Through their various roles and experiences, Yash has developed a strong skill set in software engineering and leadership, making him a valuable asset in any organization.

Yash Pandya obtained their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad in the years 2014 to 2018. Yash then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Cloud Computing from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, they completed a Master of Applied Computer Science degree in Computer Science from Concordia University from 2019 to 2021. Yash has also earned several certifications, including Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: Canada Manager V2 from Traliant in September 2022, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in September 2020, Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in February 2020, Machine Learning certification from Coursera in April 2018, HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate in March 2022, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in October 2020, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2020.
