Laura Hunter

Laura Hunter has over 20 years of work experience in software engineering and programming. Laura began their career in 1997 as a Programmer/Analyst at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, where they provided support and analysis for IDX applications written in M. In 1999, they moved to Shands Healthcare as a Senior Applications System Analyst/Programmer, where they trained team members in MUMPS, developed project life cycle and internal documentation standards, and participated and facilitated upgrades and migrations of applications and operating systems. From 2000 to 2002, they worked at Team Health as a Programmer/Analyst Level III, where they developed and supported IDX AES custom production billing reports and acted as the IS Web Master. From 2006 to 2007, they were a Senior IDX/GE & M Technology Consultant at Henry Elliott & Company, Inc. From 2007 to 2013, Laura worked as a Senior Technical Consultant at Global Works\\UHG\\INGENIX\\Optum\\Accenture. Laura is currently employed as a Software Engineer at CODAMETRIX, a position they have held since 2019.

Laura Hunter attended Community College of Vermont from 1991 to 1994, where they earned an Associate's degree in Computer Science. Laura then attended Castleton University from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in CIS.
