Candice Linneman

Candice Linneman is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and Agile methodologies. Currently serving as Engineering Director at Codat since January 2023, Candice previously held the title of Engineering Manager at ComplyAdvantage and led teams in data insights. Prior roles include Product Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager at Thomas International and Director at Linneman Consulting Ltd, providing Agile consulting services. Candice has significantly contributed to Agile transformations at Audatex UK, where responsibilities included being an Agile Coach and piloting the first Agile team. With a strong background in software development, Candice has also held positions in mobile application development and systems applications. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computing & IT and Business from The Open University and certifications in graphic design.
