Sophie Caley

Sophie Caley serves as the Digital & Design Director at Codat since August 2022, where responsibilities include leading creative strategies and managing a team to produce innovative solutions. Prior to this role, Sophie held the position of Digital & Design Lead at Codat, overseeing digital and print projects, and played a key role as Head of Innovation at Bauer Media Group, driving transformative innovations across nine European countries. Experience also includes positions at Ocado Retail Ltd, where Sophie led teams in digital design, and Tesco PLC, focusing on product development and design in connected homes. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Hertfordshire and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer and Information Sciences from Cambridge Regional College.
