Steve Kim

Steve Kim has a diverse work experience, starting in 2000 as a Software Development Engineer in Test at Microsoft. Steve then progressed to roles such as International Test Lead and Senior Program Manager Lead, where they managed teams and oversaw the internationalization of software products. In 2012, they founded Uniforce Connections Inc., an online English language education platform. Steve later joined Spring Labs as Director of Product Management, where they played a crucial role in analyzing product market fit, managing the product roadmap, and implementing project management best practices. Steve continued their career as the Director of Product Management at Auction.com before joining Codazen as the Director of Products in 2023. Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach in mitigating risks and delivering high-quality products.

Steve Kim attended the University of Washington and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. Steve then pursued higher education at Seattle University, where they obtained a Masters of Education degree. Lastly, Steve attended Yonsei University, where they completed a Master of Arts degree in International Studies.
