Alexandra Ghinter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both sports coaching and operational management. In the business sector, Alexandra has been the Head of Global Business and Head of Operations at Code8Beauty since September 2020, following a managerial position as Head of Operations/Project Manager at Mad Beauty. With a strong background in product management from roles at Sass & Belle and significant early career experience as a Junior Analyst at UBS, Alexandra combines expertise in strategic planning, supplier management, and operational efficiency with a solid educational foundation in Organizational Psychology, Business, and related disciplines from esteemed institutions.
