Anthony Bovasso has a diverse work experience in various technology roles. Anthony started their career in 2000 as a Technology Educator at the Brooklyn Public Library. From 2002 to 2007, they worked at the New Jersey Devils, initially as a Coordinator of Web Operations and later as the Director of Creative Services and Web Operations, where they were responsible for designing and developing websites for the organization. In 2007, they joined Funny Garbage as a Technology Lead and Senior Developer, working on high-end client websites and applications. From 2011 to 2012, they served as the Director of Technology at Hot Studio. In 2012, they worked at smallknot as the VP of Technology/Product Development, overseeing the development of an application built in CodeIgniter. Since 2012, they have been working at Code and Theory as the Sr. Director of Engineering, leading and architecting various projects, including self-service iOS tablet kiosks for Dean and DeLuca and the website for Shirley Ryan's Abilitylab.
Anthony Bovasso attended Rutgers University from 1994 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature.
