Kenan A.'s work experience begins in 2006 as the Co-Founder and Executive Producer of The Mythos Youth Theatre Company. Kenan managed finances, ticket sales, and conducted publicity campaigns, securing corporate sponsorships and collaborating with media outlets. In 2007, they co-founded and volunteered at Karachi Relief Trust, coordinating fundraising efforts of $250,000 for flood relief. At Atlantic Records in 2008, they worked as a Rock/Pop Digital Marketing Intern. Kenan then interned in Global Brand Management/Strategic Planning at Ogilvy & Mather in 2009, assisting with management initiatives and conducting competitive audits. Following that, they attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Kenan returned to Ogilvy & Mather in 2010 as an Associate, working on marketing strategy and digital strategy projects in various industries. Kenan progressed to roles as a Senior Planner and Strategic Planning Director, specializing in brand strategy, creative development, and content/media strategy, primarily for B2B brands. Finally, in 2020, they joined Code and Theory as a Creative Strategy Director and later became the Strategy Director for Design Transformation.

Kenan A. completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Communication Studies at Northwestern University from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Saint Patricks High School where they pursued GCSE O and A Levels, although the specific years are not provided.

In addition to their formal education, Kenan A. obtained the certification in "Insights for Innovation" from IDEO U in May 2015.
