Nicole Dellert has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the creative strategy, content strategy, and social media fields. Nicole currently holds the position of Director, Creative Strategy, Brand at Code and Theory since 2023. Prior to that, Nicole worked as the Vice President, Content & Editorial Strategy at Wild Elements from 2021 to 2023, where they focused on sustainable living. Nicole also served as the Director of Social Media & Content Strategy at GSD&M from 2019 to 2021, primarily working on recruiting for the United States Air Force and United States Space Force. Before that, they held multiple roles at Condé Nast, including Executive Director of Condé Nast Entertainment and Director of Social News Desk. Nicole's earlier experience includes work at Fox News Channel, AMS Pictures, and The Human Agency.

Nicole Dellert obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In addition, they have also obtained a certification in Foundations of Digital Marketing and E-commerce from Coursera in December 2022.
