Andrew Gassen

Andrew Gassen is a seasoned professional in customer success and technology leadership, currently serving as the Customer Success Lead at Code Climate since July 2023. Previously, Andrew held key positions including Director of Customer Value and Strategy at Yugabyte and Director of Technology at Black Female Founders, where Andrew provided technical solutions and instruction for entrepreneurs. Andrew has extensive experience in managing customer success initiatives in various organizations, including VMware, Pivotal Software, and XAPPmedia, focusing on digital transformation and meaningful business outcomes for Fortune 500 clients. Additionally, Andrew co-founded the Better Product Company and has an academic background with a Master of Science in Interactive Media from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Missouri Southern State University.
