Danielle Sundquist

Danielle Sundquist, OLY, CPHR, serves as the Director of People & Operations at Code for Canada since January 2022, with previous roles including Associate Director and People and Culture Manager. Active in coaching since November 2016 with the Fernie Alpine Ski Team, Danielle utilizes extensive experience from the World Cup ski cross circuit to guide young athletes, particularly focusing on U-10 developmental needs. Danielle has held various HR-related positions, including Human Resources Generalist at Immigrant Services Calgary and Senior HR & Employment Relations Advisor at Peninsula Canada, where responsibilities encompassed performance management and compliance with legal standards. A former Olympic Ski Cross Athlete, Danielle represented Canada in multiple prestigious competitions, including the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Games. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Mount Royal University, complemented by training at the National Sport School.
