Markus Zoppelt

Markus Zoppelt has had a varied work experience. In 2013, they began as a Software Development Intern at DATEV eG. In 2017, they became a Research Associate at Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm. In 2019, they Co-Founded UMBRA Security. In 2021, they took on roles as a Software Architect at Siemens and a Consultant at Deloitte. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer at Code Intelligence.

Markus Zoppelt obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm in 2015. Markus then went on to obtain a Master of Science in Computer Science from the same institution in 2017. In 2021, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Secure Coding in Go from LinkedIn in September 2022.
