Charles Kubiak

Charles Kubiak, CMT, is a seasoned software delivery lead and educator with extensive experience in software development and finance. Currently, Kubiak serves at 8th Light, where leadership roles in various projects for the Department of Defense have been executed, contributing to project planning and technical execution. In addition to current responsibilities, Kubiak teaches an Introduction to JavaScript course at Code Platoon, supporting military veterans and spouses in their transition to coding. Previous experience includes co-founding Volpoint Capital, LLC, serving as a Managing Partner focused on quantitative investment strategies, and holding various roles at Charles Schwab, including Senior Trading Specialist. Kubiak has a Bachelor's degree in Management/Fnance from Western International University and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where notable recognitions include the Navy Achievement Medal.
