Ben Keng

Ben Keng has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 1995, they worked as an IT Contractor, handling various projects such as Windows 2000 Migration, Lotus Notes deployment, and local area network management. From 2003 to 2008, they served as the Lead for Client Design & Services at Rockwell Automation. Ben then moved on to become the IT Lead for Workplace Services and Tier III Support in the Asia Pacific region from 2008 to 2012. Following that, they led the IT team for South Pacific and North Asia at Rockwell Automation until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Auckland University of Technology as the Service Delivery Team Leader and later as the Applications Support Manager. Currently, as of 2022, Ben is the Head of Business Applications at CodeBlue New Zealand.

Ben Keng began their education in 1989 at De La Salle College in Auckland. However, no degree or field of study is specified for this period. From 1991 to 1998, they attended The University of Auckland, where they pursued a double degree in Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science, majoring in Computer Science and Information Systems. Ben then went on to complete their Master of Commerce at the same institution.

In addition to their formal education, Ben Keng has obtained additional certifications throughout their career. In 2007, they received a Greenbelt Certification from LEAN Enterprise, Rockwell Automation. In 2012, they obtained an ITIL V3 Foundation certification, although the institution that granted this certification is unknown.
