Pero is an experienced entrepreneur who has held key senior management positions in engineering, including Director of Engineering, Vignette Corporation, Mobile e-Commerce and Content Delivery; VP of Applications Development, OnDisplay, Inc, B2B Process Applications, where the company had a post-IPO acquisition valued at $1.7b; and Director of Engineering, Software Emancipation Technology, which produced DISCOVER, the first information system used by the software engineering organizations of Fortune 500 companies to optimize performance as outlined via Capability Maturity Model (CMM).

Pero has built and successfully led engineering teams for the past twenty years while remaining a hands-on software engineer focusing on product quality and adherence to proven industry practices. His expertise in building high volume, real-time transaction processing systems is instrumental to the performance of the CodeBroker platform.

Pero holds a M.S. in Computer Science, and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Applied Math from Western Michigan University.
