Matthew Foley

Matthew Foley has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Matthew started their career as a Fire Protection Intern at FM Global in 2015. In 2017, they joined Coffman Engineers as an Engineer I, where they worked until September 2018. From September 2018 to March 2019, they served as a Junior Applied Researcher at NFPA. Following that, they worked as a Research Associate at NFPA from April 2019 to January 2020. Matthew then became a Research Project Manager at NFPA from January 2020 to February 2020. In 2020, they joined SLS Consulting, LLC as a Fire Protection Engineer and later became an Associate Principal in September 2021. In 2021, they also co-founded CodeComply.Ai and currently holds the position of Co-Founder.

Matthew Foley has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Fire Protection Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Matthew also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained the iBwave Public Safety Certification from iBwave Solutions Inc. in June 2020. Matthew is also working towards obtaining the Professional Engineer - Fire Protection certification from the State of California, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
