Elohor Thomas has a wealth of work experience. Elohor began their career in 2010 as a Summer Intern at Shell. In 2014, they became a Sales Consultant at Jumia Nigeria, where they taught the sales force about converting leads to sales. In 2016, they became a Computer Programming Trainer at Open Andela Lagos Study, where they trained on HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript and Digital Marketing. In 2018, they became a Cofounder and CEO at Codeln, where they provided inspired leadership company-wide, made high-level decisions about policy and strategy, and drove profitability of the business. In 2019, they became a 2019 Westerwelle Young Founder, where they were part of a program that aimed to connect young founders from all over the world with each other and with the Berlin startup scene, and support them in further developing their entrepreneurial skills and their international network. In 2020, they became a 2020 Forbes Accelerator Fellow. In 2021, they became a Startup Portfolio (Advisory Track) at Starta VC, a Finalist at MassChallenge, and an Africa Prize Awardee at the Royal Academy of Engineering.

Elohor Thomas has a varied education history. In 2018, they completed a Startup School Certificate from Y Combinator in Business and a Diploma from MEST Africa in Software Entrepreneurship. Elohor is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Systems Engineering (Artificial Intelligence) at the University of Lagos. Elohor has also obtained two additional certifications: a Digital Marketing Certificate from Google Career Certificates in January 2023, and a Sales Master Certificate from Google for Startups EU in September 2021.
