David Declercq

David Declercq has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. In 1999, they began their career as a Professor at ENSEA - University Cergy-Pontoise -CNRS, where they remained until 2017. During this time, they also served as a Junior Member at Institut Universitaire de France (IUF) from 2009 to 2014. In 2017, David took on the role of Chief Technology Officer at Codelucida, Inc., which is their current position.

David Declercq earned an Engineering Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ecole nationale supérieure de l'Electronique et de ses Applications from 1991 to 1994. Following that, they pursued a PhD in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Signal Processing at CY Cergy Paris Université, completing it from 1995 to 1998. After their doctoral studies, David joined the University of Minnesota for a Post-Doctoral year in Signal Processing, which took place in 1998 and 1999.
