Keon Hercules began their career in 2004 as a Credit Risk Technology Engineer at BNY Mellon. In this role, they implemented Basel Accord recommendations into business systems, conducted user acceptance testing and regression testing, analyzed network layer 2 and layer 3 data, collected network layer packet capturing and filtering, and administered and analyzed latency tests. In 2012, they joined CODEMED, Inc. as the Chief Technology Officer & Project Manager. In this role, they established and curated strategic partnerships with healthcare providers and c-suite stakeholders, led and directed a 40+ member team of direct reports, simplified business processes, and deployed custom health information management solutions. In 2015, they joined Westchester College of Nursing and Allied Health as the Director of Financial Aid.
Keon Hercules completed their High School Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Brooklyn Technical High School between 2000 and 2004. Keon then attended Hunter College from 2004 to 2006, where they achieved an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Management Information Systems, General. Keon then went on to The City University of New York, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2009. Keon also holds certifications from Cisco and Microsoft.
