Kumaravel Ramasamy

Kumaravel, also known as Vel, is responsible for delivery, and he heads the Codenatives offshore delivery center in Chennai, India. Being one of the earliest to join Codenatives, Vel has hands-on grown the teams in numerical strength, skill diversity, and delivery capabilities through hard work and perseverance.

Vel has consistently contributed to success in all areas of the offshore delivery centers growth, handling pre-sales, technology, development, quality, talent identification, sourcing and nurturing, and delivery. Vel is the go-to person within Codenatives when it comes to problem-solving on various fronts, including people issues and skill gap issues. He is hands-on and brings unique perspectives in website designs, search engine optimation, web and mobile apps design, cloud and on-premises infrastructure support, and works hard to keep his teams in pace with the current technology and bridges skill gaps.

Vel is a bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University, Chennai.
