Tommi Ullgrén

Tommi Ullgrén has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Tommi co-founded ATRA Innovations in 2013, where they served as an angel investor and co-founder. ATRA Innovations focuses on breakthrough technologies for the benefit of humankind, specifically in areas such as holistic well-being, human consciousness, and emerging energy technologies.

In 2018, Tommi co-founded Oxygen - Changemaker movement, a movement for transformative entrepreneurs and positively impactful companies. They organize unconference events, run an accelerator program, and mentor fellow entrepreneurs.

Tommi joined Contriber in 2019 as a mentor for their Cocoon Program. This program focuses on company growth through personal coaching and self-development practices.

Tommi also has experience with Codento Oy, where they co-founded the company, served as a partner in sales and business development, and was the founding CEO. Tommi grew the company from zero to nearly one million in revenue, opened customerships, and closed deals with key accounts in several countries.

In 2018, they co-founded 21TDMC Group Ltd, an energy technology startup focused on producing electricity from low temperature differences.

Tommi founded Cloudee Oy in 2011, a Finnish software business consultancy that offers freelance coders, software business development, and management coaching services. They operate in Helsinki, Berlin, and Silicon Valley.

Tommi co-founded Netspan Oy in 1996, a business accelerator and consultancy for software technology companies. Netspan has a business ecosystem in Finland, Nordics, Baltics, and the US.

Tommi also served as a private investor and advisor for Solu Machines from 2014 to 2017. Solu Machines was a Finnish startup in the visionary industry.

Tommi was a co-founder and fractal super connector at Geometrify Co-op, a visionary Virtual Reality application company. Tommi was responsible for creating a deep immersive experience and mental state through the combination of music and geometrical visual content.
