Kim Hayes

Kim Hayes has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kim is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at CODE/+/TRUST, where they lead multiple startup software teams. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal at The PlatformSC, driving growth and technology advancement in South Carolina. Kim also co-founded and served as the CEO of The Ambit Group, a Woman-Owned, Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Business dedicated to serving the federal market. Before that, they held the position of VP Federal Sales at Touchstone Consulting Group and Director of Business Development at SiloSmashers. Additionally, they worked as the Manager of Business Development at L&M Production Design Group, supporting the creation of client marketing roadshows and communications campaigns. Kim started their career in the US Army, serving in the Signal Corps.

Kim Hayes attended Methodist University from 1992 to 1996 where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and Communications.
