William Beasley

William Beasley is an experienced Community Manager currently at Rare Ltd since January 2019 and also serves as an Instructor for Coder Kids, LLC. In the role at Coder Kids and previously at Digital Media Academy, William taught programming and game design using diverse instructional methods, while also managing student behavior and ensuring safety. William's background includes working as a Community Manager in the Gaming Division at Lionbridge and gaining early experience through an internship with the Children's Museum of Houston. Additionally, William has a strong sales foundation from a position as a Gaming Specialist at Best Buy, alongside experiences as a Camp Counselor and Crew Leader during various roles. William holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Houston-Downtown and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Technology from the University of Houston, complemented by an Associate of Applied Science in Digital Gaming and Simulation from Houston Community College.
