Kayla Washburn

Kayla Washburn is a Senior UX Engineer at Coder since August 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles. Kayla contributed to community moderation, branding, and ecosystem development as part of the core team at Gleam from September 2022 to January 2024. Prior to that, Kayla worked as a Software Engineer at Deno, focusing on front-end and infrastructure for Deno Deploy and implementing new web features. Additionally, Kayla served as a Software Engineer at Facet from January 2020 to June 2022, where responsibilities included front-end application development with GraphQL, React, and TypeScript, and improving developer tools. Kayla holds degrees in Computer Science with a focus on Networking and History and Political Science from Utah Valley University.
