Chester Helt serves as the President and Owner of Computer Center Helpers, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in technology and human resource services since March 2019. In addition, Chester holds the role of Assistant Director of Infrastructure - Computing Platforms for the City of Dallas, Texas, since March 2012, and previously managed infrastructure as Infrastructure Manager for the City of Plano from November 2000 to March 2012. Chester's earlier entrepreneurial ventures include founding Computer Center Helpers from 1998 to 2003 and leading Map Specialist Addressing Group, Inc. from 1997 to 2003, both focused on consulting services and addressing solutions in Texas. Educationally, Chester earned a Master of Arts in Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University and holds advanced degrees in Physics from the University of Central Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University.
