Cherin Elliott

Cherin Elliott is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Group People & Culture Director at Codestone Group since March 2023. Previously, Elliott was the Group HR Director at Agilico from 2017 to February 2023, overseeing HR operations for nearly 500 employees and collaborating with senior management on strategic decision-making. Prior roles include Learning & Development Manager and Customer Service Manager at DMC Canotec, with responsibilities in managing learning initiatives and customer service operations. Elliott holds a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD and has a background in Business Management from ICS Learn, complemented by education from Business College and Westville Girls High School in Durban, South Africa.
