Hai Huynh, ITIL, IIBA-AAC

Hai Huynh has over 5 years of experience in ITIL, IIBA-AAC and Business Analysis. Hai began their career in 2015 as Co-Founder/Product Owner at Ship60. In the same year, they started working at NashTech as a Product Owner, where they were responsible for supporting the implementation team, conducting workshops, gathering business requirements, and transferring business requirements to software requirements. In 2017, they joined OKXE Inc. as Product Director, taking on the responsibility of MVP delivery, conducting Personas data, and taking care of User Experience. That same year, they also joined RapBank as Product Director, working directly with investors and BOD to define product strategy and vision. In 2018, they moved to FileString as Senior Business Analyst, collaborating with the Scrum team, conducting Personas data, and taking care of User Experience. Hai also joined Gtopia as Delivery Manager, managing the product's scope to meet Minimal Viable Product principle and collaborating with the Scrum team. In 2019, they began working at CodeStringers as Head Of Business Analysis and Project Manager, developing department objectives from company strategies, promoting the organisation’s understanding of the value of business analysis, and managing the product's scope to meet Minimal Viable Product principle. In 2021, they joined Tabula Learning as Product Manager, responsible for both product planning and product marketing, working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals, and ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Hai Huynh has an extensive educational background. Hai obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Ton Duc Thang University in 2010. Hai also completed a Telecommunications Engineering program at Lunghwa University of Science and Technology in 2010. In 2011, they attended a Waterfall Methodology Workshop at Amdocs. In 2014, they completed a Business Analysis Professional Training Course at TMA Solutions - Development center. In 2015, they attended an Agile Project Management Training Workshop at TMA Solutions - Development center. In 2016, they completed an IIBA - facilitated study course at RedUnyem Pty Ltd.

In addition to their educational background, Hai Huynh has obtained several certifications.
