Nandini Keerthi

Nandini Keerthi is an experienced professional in Human Resources with a focus on onboarding and recruitment processes. Currently serving at CODETRU since January 2023, Nandini manages the entire onboarding process, ensuring the accurate completion of pre-employment documentation and collaborating with Recruiting Managers to enhance hiring procedures. Previously, Nandini worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Cognizant from February to August 2022, where responsibilities included scheduling interviews, assisting in employee onboarding, and providing essential training to new recruits. Nandini holds an MBA in Human Resources from Vizag Institute of Technology, completed in May 2020.
