Salwa Awaad

Salwa Awaad is an experienced language professional currently serving as a Project Manager at AGATO Legal Translation in Dubai since April 2021. Awaad also holds multiple freelance translation roles across various companies, including English, Spanish, and Arabic translation with OneDocument Linguistic Solutions since September 2022, marketing translation with Lilt, and Arabic to English translation with Straker, both since April 2022. Additional positions include specializing in Spanish to Arabic translations at Pactera EDGE and serving as a fashion translator with AT Language Solutions. Marketing translation and copywriting contributions are provided to Avilinga, alongside marketing and tourism translation work with Somos Traductores. Awaad has been recognized as an Arabic linguist since September 2020 with RWS Moravia and has engaged in freelance translation services with ACTIVE TRANSLATORS SRL since February 2021. Awaad holds a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish and English Languages from Ain Shams University, earned between 1999 and 2003, and completed secondary education at Mustay Secondary School from 1996 to 1999.
