Nisha Oza Hulamani started their work experience in 2010 as the founder director of Rahil the path guider. Since 2023, they have been working as the HR Manager at Universal Trading Company LLC.

Nisha Oza Hulamani completed their secondary education from J.B.Khot High School, specializing in all subjects. nisha attended the school from 1992 to 2000, earning their S.S.C degree. Later, in 2009, they pursued higher education at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), where they completed a degree in DBM with a focus on HR.
