Shailendra Dhakad

Shailendra Dhakad is a seasoned professional in the fields of education technology and social impact, currently serving as the Co-Founder of Codeyoung since December 2019, which focuses on empowering children through live online sessions in Science and Technology. Previously, Shailendra held the position of Growth Product Manager at Travello App, enhancing connectivity among travelers, and worked as a Product Manager at Next Education India Pvt Ltd, contributing to Smart Class solutions for schools. As the Founder and Coordinator of Forum For Democracy, Shailendra initiated efforts to support policymaking through research and analysis. Early career experiences include leading projects at Enactus IIT Delhi aimed at urban waste management and menstrual hygiene, as well as generating volunteering opportunities as an Executive for the National Service Scheme at IITD. Shailendra holds a Bachelor's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (2014-2018).
