María Graciela Trincado Sepúlveda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational management. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO, as well as Chief Operations Officer at Codify, María Graciela focuses on integrating strategy, structure, and people to maximize business potential. In addition to this role, María Graciela mentors startups at Start-Up Chile by Corfo and contributes to academic advisory councils at both Escuela de Ingeniería Industrial - Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, ensuring alignment between educational processes and market needs.
