Cecilia Lee

Cecilia Lee is a highly experienced HR professional with a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. In 2022, they founded Sunray HR, offering HR services to start-ups, small businesses, and medium to large-sized organizations. As the Founder & Managing Consultant, Cecilia focuses on HR strategy and leadership, enabling organizational development. Cecilia joined Codoxo in 2023 as the Fractional Head of HR & Talent, and also worked at Perspektives as an Associate Consultant during the same period. Prior to these roles, Cecilia held various positions at AIG, where they served as the Sr. Director - Talent Strategies, Director of Talent Acquisition, and Senior Talent Consultant. Cecilia played a crucial role in talent acquisition, employee development, engagement, inclusion programs, and workforce planning. Cecilia's earlier work experience includes senior corporate recruiter and HR specialist roles at Mitchell International and Agilysys Inc., respectively. Cecilia also worked as a staffing consultant at The Home Depot and served as a senior staffing consultant at Choice Consulting Group, where they conducted interviews, developed recruitment processes, and sourced candidates across different industries.

Cecilia Lee has a diverse education history. Cecilia obtained a Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, studying from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communications from Santa Clara University, completing their studies from 1994 to 1998. In 2012, they attended the Corporate Executive Board Leadership Academy, where they obtained a certification in HR Leadership. Additionally, in 2008, they became PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certified. Furthermore, in February 2023, Cecilia completed MSOD Human Subjects Training through the CITI Program, earning an additional certification.
