Theresa Mapara

Theresa Mapara is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Help Desk Administrator at Coega Development Corporation since July 2019, specializing in 1st and 2nd line support, PC setup, troubleshooting, Active Directory administration, and documentation of ICT information.
