Noam Hassid

Noam Hassid is a Senior Consultant at CoEnterprise, where they primarily work with Pfizer, Inc. as an integrations expert. They are responsible for understanding technical changes and translating them into people impacts, creating and implementing change management strategies, conducting organizational change management assessments, and managing business transformation implementations. Noam also tracks implementation plans and provides assessment, analytics, reporting, and metrics.

Before joining CoEnterprise, Noam worked at DXC Technology as a Senior Project Manager for Pfizer, Inc. In this role, they oversaw various projects from June 2019 to October 2022.

Prior to DXC Technology, Noam was an Analyst / Logistics Coordinator at Gate 1 Travel from August 2015 to June 2019.

Noam also gained experience at The Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) as a Business Analyst / Information Management Analyst from May 2013 to May 2015. Their responsibilities included leading in Oracle BI reporting, gathering functional business requirements, and creating dashboards for worldwide sections.

Noam began their career at Pfizer as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, and WebEx Trainer from June 2011 to April 2013. They completed a 6 Sigma Yellow Belt Project and developed a backorder report that resulted in additional sales. They also served as an Assistant Project Coordinator during this time, assisting team members with administrative duties and spearheading efforts to increase efficiency through a knowledge-based articles system.

Noam Hassid holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Raritan Valley Community College, which they obtained from 2003 to 2006. They then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Kean University and completed it from 2007 to 2009. Noam further pursued higher education and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing at Rider University in 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Noam Hassid has obtained additional certifications. They became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance in June 2022. In April 2021, they also became a Tableau Desktop Specialist certified by Tableau Software.
