Vincenzo Valente

Vincenzo Valente has a diverse and extensive background in the field of HR. Vincenzo is currently the Head of HR Transformation, Organization & Analytics at Coesia S.p.A., where they lead strategic HR initiatives and is responsible for organization design, business partnering, and HR technology and analytics. Prior to joining Coesia S.p.A., Valente held various positions at companies such as Sidel, Max Mara Fashion Group, Cezanne HR, and Cezanne Software (now Talentia Software), where they gained experience in HR transformation, HR business partnering, HRIS management, and recruitment and development. Additionally, Valente has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Bologna Business School, teaching HR information systems in their Master in HR & Organization program. Valente's expertise includes areas such as talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, reward and compensation, and reporting and analytics.

Vincenzo Valente holds a Laurea degree in Organisation and Work Psychology from Università degli Studi di Parma. In addition, they have completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Stogea during the academic year 2007-2008.
